“The garage conversion to a casita is pretty good, the reason we are rating it average is the lack of privacy. The blinds, if you can call them that, offer no privacy. There are no curtains or any other type of blind to close. You are able to see into theentite sleeping/living area from the street. This also means any lights in the main house illuminate the casita. Simply adding blackout blind or a simple curtain within the boho theme would work. This really is a significant issue as it feels……

“We (family of 4) stayed 3 nights in this house. The location is great. Just few minutes away from Austin down town and UT west campus. The neighborhood is safe and friendly. We checked in on the Christmas Eve. The house is recently renovated with spacious bedrooms. The beds are firm, which we like it. The shower place is huge and clean. However, the towels and room area rugs look a bit outdated. The kitchen utensils can be upgraded and better organized. Here are the areas definitely……

“The apartment was modern, clean and very well appointed, no problem. We booked a city view but were very disappointed to find we looked out onto the I35 and its noise - no chance of a quiet relaxing drink on the balcony. When we complained to the concierge (independent of French Cowboys we learned) we were told "you should have looked at the website photos more closely". Not happy! ”

“Highly recommended rental. Incredible location across from ACL Live in the middle of downtown. Walking distance to the convention center and dozens of restaurants. Property management company communication was excellent and I hope to stay here again in the future. ”
